The Military Operations in Swat and Bajaur in 2009 compelled around two millions IDPS to take shelter in Mardan, Swabi,Charsadda and Peshawar. AHO also worked for IDPs in Mardan and Charsadda and provided Cook Food to 3000 persons, 500 people per day for 6 days and provided Food Items packages to 1000 families.

Dr. Nihar Executive Director AHO also arranged Free Medical Camps for 10 days and provided medical facilities to around 5000 patients in different camps. Mr. Zamrud Khan, MD Pakistan Baitul Mall provided cook food and food packages and MS Hayatabad Medical Complex, donated the medicines. Cooked food cost  Rs. 3,00,000, Food items cost per family Rs. 800 with a total cost Rs. 8,00,000 and total cost of Medicine Rs. 19,55,000.
